Terms of Service
By engaging Good Grazd, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) form part of the agreement between Good Grazd (ABN 30 598 522 098) (referred to as “Good Grazd”, “we”, or “us”) and the Client engaging our services (referred to as “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”. By submitting your booking request and making full payment for the services, you confirm your acceptance of our quote and these Terms. No additional documentation, correspondence, verbal agreement, or conversation shall form part of or modify this agreement unless accepted and confirmed by Good Grazd in writing.
Payments
Grazing Boxes: Full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable.
Wooden Platters: Full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable.
Grazing Tables / Wooden Platters / Grazing Cart: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Final payment is due 7 days prior the event. All invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
Workshops: Full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred to another person. If transferring a ticket, you must notify Good Grazd prior to the workshop.
Allergies / Dietary Requirements
Clients must inform Good Grazd of any special requests or dietary requirements prior to confirming their booking. Please note that additional costs may apply for specific dietary needs, such as vegan platters. While Good Grazd takes all reasonable precautions to avoid cross-contamination with allergens (e.g., nuts, meat, lactose, gluten, seafood), we cannot guarantee full accommodation of allergies or intolerances. Cross-contamination may occur after grazing begins, and Good Grazd accepts no liability for such occurrences.
Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice due to factors including, but not limited to, increases in supplier costs, fuel, parking, venue charges, or changes to government legislation (e.g., taxation).
Produce Availability
It is important to note that each graze we create is unique and produce may vary as we use seasonal products that are sourced at the time of your booking. If you have any specific requests, please let us know and we will do our best to meet them.
Cancelations
Cancellations must be notified via email to goodgrazd@gmail.com as soon as possible. Good Grazd reserves the right to alter or cancel arrangements, without prior notice, in circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Good Grazd’s maximum liability in such instances is limited to a full refund of the booking costs.
Delivery
Good Grazd will notify you upon delivery by knocking on your door, ringing your doorbell, and sending a text message. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the platter will be left at the designated location, and Good Grazd takes no responsibility for the goods once delivered.
Collection
Collection of orders can be arranged at the time of booking from postcode 2615. If you are unable to collect within the nominated timeframe please notify Good Grazd as soon as possible. If you do not notify us and miss your window timeframe we reserve the rights to cancel your order.
Quotes
All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking. Quotes are valid for a maximum of 7 days. If payment is not received by midnight on the expiration date, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Good Grazd uses only the freshest and highest-quality produce—not supermarket-grade or low-cost fillers. Please consider this when reviewing or comparing quotes.
Supplied Inventory
All wooden boards and supplied inventory must be returned hand washed in the condition they were provided, no later than three days after the event. The drop-off location will be included in your booking confirmation. Clients will be charged for any damage or loss of provided equipment.
Alterations
Requests to alter a booking after payment and confirmation may be accepted or rejected at Good Grazd’s discretion. Additional costs may apply for approved alterations.
Liability
Good Grazd prepares and transports all food in accordance with the ACT Health Food Act 2001. However, as our produce is sourced from external suppliers, we accept no responsibility for any illness arising from consuming these products. We require a cool, shaded area for setting up our spreads. Food should be consumed within 4 hours of set-up and, if the temperature exceeds 25°C, the food must be kept indoors.
